Foundations of Animal Sciences: Concept-Based Videos for Active and Inclusive Learning
We offer this catalog of videos to support students’ learning in the animal and agricultural sciences. This project was designed to create more dynamic lecture sessions by using short videos as pre-lecture assignments. These videos provide students with foundational knowledge, allowing class time to be used for deeper engagement through active learning. We hope that by sharing these resources, we can support a broader community of learners beyond our classroom.
This work is funded by the Innovative Teaching Grants (IGT-24-25-02 and IGT-25-26-02), awarded by the Center for Teaching Excellence and Faculty Development at Berry College. This work has been possible thanks to the collaboration between the Department of Animal Science and the Memorial Library at Berry College.
Give Us Your Feedback and Recommendations for Future Videos!
